What is Robintradex’s anti-money laundering policy?

Robintradex actively complies with all anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism laws and regulations to the fullest extent that it can, under all applicable foreign and domestic laws. On an ongoing basis, we review account activity for evidence of suspicious transactions that may be indicative of money laundering activities. This review may include surveillance of: 1) money flows into and out of accounts, 2) the origin and destination of wire transfers, and 3) other activity outside the normal course of business. In order to be fully compliant with applicable regulatory requirements, Finderfxoptions.com may occasionally reach out for additional information and/or documentation from clients.

How does Robintradex make money?

On Standard Accounts, Finderfxoptions.com is compensated via spreads, which are the difference between the bid and ask prices. On Commission Accounts, Finderfxoptions.com is compensated via spreads and a $5 commission per 100K. We work hard to provide transparent pricing and tight spreads.

How is Finderfxoptions.com regulated?

Robintradex is registered with multiple regulatory bodies around the world and we take our commitment to financial strength and security very seriously.

How much can I withdraw at one time?

The minimum withdrawal amount is $100, or all your available account balance (whichever is lower). You can withdraw a maximum of $100,000 per transaction if you are funding by bank transfer or debit card. Wire transfers & Crypto have no restriction on transaction size.

Can I use multiple payment sources to fund my account?

Yes, you are free to use multiple sources at any time to fund your account.

How are my funds protected?

All customer deposits are kept separate from our own operating funds and distributed across a global network of custodian banks. Every bank we use holds an investment-grade rating and is monitored as per the guidelines set by the Risk Committee of GAIN's Board of Directors

Can someone else trade on my account?

Robintradex policies prevent any person other than the account holder(s) from accessing or trading an account unless the trader has been reviewed and approved as a Money Manager.

How can I fund my account?

You can securely fund your account by logging in to your account and visiting the funding page. Robintradex cannot accept deposits from third parties. Please note that you may experience longer processing times if the name on the originating account does not match your Robintradex account.

How much money do I need to open an account?

The minimum initial deposit required is at least 100 of your selected base currency. However, we recommend you deposit at least 2,500 to allow you more flexibility and better risk management when trading your account.

I forgot my username or password. How do I retrieve them?

If you forgot your username, please contact us for assistance. If you forgot your password, please click on LOGIN, forgot password and fill in your username and email. You’ll then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
